Good to know
Via the Helan health insurance app, you can only request reimbursements for Helan benefits. Doctor's notes still need to be sent the traditional way: drop them, with an adhesive stamp on them, in a Helan mailbox in your neighborhood.
If your doctor uses the digital e-attest, you don't have to do anything. We will then receive your document directly.
