VMOB MLOZ Insurance has laid down a conflict of interest policy as required by law. Sometimes the interests of an insurance customer conflict with the interests of an insurance agent, the organisation itself, an employee, or another customer.

VMOB MLOZ Insurance has worked out a clear plan of action so that any conflicts of interest are addressed quickly and clearly.

Policy

When someone takes out an insurance contract, VMOB MLOZ Insurance applies certain segmentation criteria. How and what? A clear overview. These determine the access, contributions, and guarantees of the policy for each customer. Exactly which criteria are applied varies from product to product.

At the start of the contract

Unsurprisingly, some of the criteria are already looked at before your contract is drafted. This is because they determine the specifics of your policy. This involves:

• your age
• your health
• any similar current insurance
• the type of coverage (e.g., dental care, hospitalisation, etc.)

While the contract is in effect

Once your insurance is in effect, some criteria also come into play. These involve the specifications of your contract, such as your contribution, and the disbursement of benefits. The following factors apply:

• your age
• the room type
• the previous existence of similar insurance
