DPG media

• Helan Health Insurance Fund has a partnership with DPG media to promote our insurance policies through display advertising. DPG media places cookies on the Helan Health Insurance Fund website for this purpose. The deployment of these cookies and consequently the collection of personal data is necessary for:
• Delivering targeted ads of Helan Health Insurance Fund to visitors of the websites of Helan Health Insurance Fund on the websites of DPG Media (retargeting);
• Measuring the effectiveness and reach of targeted ads by Helan Health Insurance Fund (ad measurement);
• Limiting the frequency of display of Helan's advertisements to visitors of Helan's websites across domains (frequency capping).

• DPG Media will not keep or process collected personal data longer than necessary for the retargeting/bannering and in any case no longer than 30 days after their collection.

Application security

• All data transfer methods are encrypted with TLS (v1.2 in progress).
• The data is stored on secure servers in the United States and the Netherlands.
• The services of tryinteract are tested to prevent attacks such as XSS, CSRF, session hijacking and other threats. They follow all OWASP guidelines.

We may send you emails to keep you updated on existing or new products, services and promotions, unless you opt out. We use the SalesManago tool to measure and monitor the impact of these emails: was an email opened or not, did people click on a hyperlink or not, etc.? These tools are used to make our e-mail campaigns more effective and to tailor the offer we propose to you as closely as possible to your personal needs.

A pixel sent with an e-mail message allows us to detect whether you have opened the e-mail. As soon as it is downloaded, the system registers that you have opened the mailing. By means of link tracking (link parsing) in our mailings, we can track which links you have clicked on. The personalized link contains the necessary information to link the click behaviour to a contact.

The cookies that helan.be uses assign each user a unique number. The number is encrypted and therefore cannot be exploited by third parties.
