Are you disabled due to illness, accident or maternity leave? Until 2023, it was necessary as an employee or unemployed person to have a holiday certificate completed by your employer or unemployment agency if you were still unfit for work at the end of the holiday year and had not been able to take all your holidays.
From 2024, however, this will no longer be necessary, as untaken holidays can be carried over to the next calendar year. Consequently, you can receive your full benefit even if you have untaken holidays.
